Unique Reporting Structure

A major challenge in language acquisition is the precise measurement and assessment of speaking and comprehension proficiency.

The Online Kids Academy Language Learning Platform features a sophisticated reporting system.  Every task performed by the user is instantly recorded, and its success is measured. Also, it is not possible to complete a Chapter without reaching the Pre-A1 level of speaking and comprehension skills.

1. Report Title
2. Chapter’s Title
3. Username and surname
4. User’s email address
5. Enrolment date
6. User’s age
7. Song Report- Displays the number of completions for each song activity.
8. Video Report- Displays the number of completions for each video activity.
9, The activity number within a chapter.
10. Displays the number of successful completions of an activity.
11. Displays the number of unsuccessful completions of an activity.

–Not: To meet the Cambridge pre-A1 requirements, the user must complete each song and video exercise at least once and successfully complete each chapter activity. (Every number inside a green circle must be at least 1.)

—Additional Report types:

1. Course Completion: Displays each user’s course completion chapter by chapter.
2. Logs: Displays the users’ logs – Time, Event content, Event name, Description, Origin, IP address.
3. Live Logs: Displays the live logs with the parameters.
4. Activity report: Displays the total views and the number of total users for each activity.
5. Course participation: Displays user course participation by module, days past, users, and actions.
6. Activity completion: Displays activity completion by activity, activity order, or section.

Rewarding

Badges

After completing an activity or the entire Chapter, Section Heads reward users to further motivate them. It does not have to be expensive. Praising and appreciating their achievements would be worth more than a costly purchase. Downloading the Online Kids Academy Badges and awarding them for success with these would be fine.

Certificate

After completing all the Chapters, receiving an Achievement Certificate issued by Online Kids Academy is very important to children as a final reward for their success. In addition to their strong start, they set out on their English Learning journey; children care very much about this certificate because it is the first International Certificate they deserve and earn.
