2.1. You are applying for and agreeing to participate in our Solution PartnershipProgram to promote the Online Kids Academy Language Learning Platform using the unique partnership links provided to you. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.
2.2. Upon acceptance, you will be given a unique Solution PartnerSubscriptionLink and Solution Partner Network Link that allows us to track your referrals.
3.佣金
3.1. You will receive a commission for each qualified referral through your Solution PartnerSubscriptionLink and Solution Partner Network Link.
3.2. An article on the Solution Partnership Account page outlines the commission amount and payment terms.
4.1. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in promoting the Online Kids Academy Language Learning Platform.
4.2. 您同意不参与欺骗性、误导性或不道德的营销行为。
4.3. 您应对您的促销活动的内容和方式负全部责任。
5.终止
5.1. We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Solution PartnershipProgram anytime for any reason.

5.3 终止协议后，贵方必须立即停止使用我方的商标和宣传材料。
6.修改

7.1. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or relating to your participation in the Solution PartnershipProgram.
