Solution Partnership Program Terms of Service

1. Anlaşma

By participating in the Solution Partnership Program, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. All of Almina Online Kids Academy’s decisions are final and binding.

2. Solution Partners Relationship

2.1. You are applying for and agreeing to participate in our Solution Partnership Program to promote the Online Kids Academy Language Learning Platform using the unique partnership links provided to you. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.

2.2. Upon acceptance, you will be given a unique Solution Partner Subscription Link and Solution Partner Network Link that allows us to track your referrals.

3. Komisyonlar

3.1. You will receive a commission for each qualified referral through your Solution Partner Subscription Link and Solution Partner Network Link.

3.2. An article on the Solution Partnership Account page outlines the commission amount and payment terms.

3.3. Commissions will only be paid for qualified referrals that comply with our terms and conditions.

3.4 Komisyonlar iadeler, iptaller ve hileli işlemler için ayarlamalara tabidir.

3.5 Ödemeler, abonelik tarihinden itibaren 30 gün sonra, minimum 50 Euro ödeme eşiğine tabi olarak aylık olarak yapılacaktır.

3.6 Ödemelerin zamanında yapılmasını sağlamak için doğru ödeme bilgilerini sağlamak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır. Banka havaleleri, bankanızın politikalarına bağlı olarak ekstra ücretler ve döviz kuru farkları talep edebilir.

4. Uyumluluk

4.1. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in promoting the Online Kids Academy Language Learning Platform.

4.2. You agree not to engage in deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices.

4.3. You are solely responsible for the content and manner of your promotions.

5. Fesih

5.1. We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Solution Partnership Program anytime for any reason.

5.2. Upon termination, you will no longer be eligible to earn commissions for subscriptions generated through your affiliate link.

5.3 Fesih üzerine ticari markalarımızı ve promosyon malzemelerimizi kullanmayı derhal bırakmalısınız.

6. Değişiklik

Bu Hizmet Koşullarını önceden haber vermeksizin değiştirme hakkımız saklıdır. Herhangi bir değişiklik yayınlandıktan hemen sonra yürürlüğe girecektir.

7. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması

7.1. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or relating to your participation in the Solution Partnership Program.

7.2. Our total liability arising from or relating to these Terms of Service will not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to you under this Agreement.

8. Geçerli Kanun

Bu Hizmet Koşulları, kanunlar ihtilafı ilkelerine bakılmaksızın Hollanda kanunlarına tabi olacak ve bu kanunlar tarafından yorumlanacaktır.

9. Tüm Sözleşme

These Terms of Service constitute the entire Agreement between the Solution Partner and Almina Online Kids Academy regarding the subject matter.

By participating in our Solution Partnership Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
